Angry

Human Life is mixed with Joy,Sorrow,Love,Hate,Angry,Affection,Ego etc......
In this, Angry plays a bit complicated role in a way, it can even deviate our Life, don't you think so? Let we take a Simple Example, in organization if your Manager does something that you don't like and if you get angry over him/her ??? You know what will Happen.


What is Angry?
    Something happens which is irrelevant to what we expects, and because of that our Tolerance Capacity bursts, that is we are calling as Angry.

Let we start our Journey towards Angry......

Each and Every Living Creatures in this World has some Tolerance Capacity. What is Tolerance Capacity means? Let me take a simple Example. If you are watching TV Program which you are more interested on, and your Friend or Wife or Parents or Relatives Speaks louder than Sound of a TV Program with which you are interested on, What you will do?
On First Instance you will say "Keep Quite". Still if they keep talking,
On Second instance you will say " I Said Shut Up", if they still continues.....
On Third instance you will get raised and may be you can say "Shut the Mouth Down and get the hell outta here" or even more Harsher words might be based on Character :) . This is what finally happens. On that time your Tolerance Level gone, broke,burst or whatever you want you can say.
Where is this Tolerance Level Coming from?
Tolerance Level changes from Person to Person because of

  • Genes
  • Heredity
  • Environment
  • Food we eat
  • Book we read
  • Movies we watch
  • Games we play etc,.........

Some people will say i wont get Angry at any cause. Don't believe them, its absolutely false statement. Everyone has Tolerance Level, those people might be having quite a lot Tolerance Level, that doesn't mean they wont Angry. Once if they reach that Tolerance Level, obviously they will get Angry.

Most of the Personality development class teaches to control Anger. Anger cannot be controlled, the thing is you can transform your Anger to usefulness instead of wasting Energy in thinking about Vengeance or Shouting back. This is what we have to learn. Once you know this,then everything will be in control.


There are Few tips to increase your Tolerance Level:

  • Reduce Non-Veg Food ( What we eat that does matter)
  • Try to be Cool always. Its Quite tough but can be done.
