To be frankly speaking, Growing a child is really a big deal. Huge number of research have been made in growing a child. Let we get in to Child Psychology.

Baby when they born, their mind is actually filled with Emptiness.

The time it comes out from mothers womb baby begins to collect details about Mother. When mother touches the baby, baby is getting the feel, smell, pressure that how tight mother is holding and Voice of its mother. That is the reason that whenever mother is holding her baby, baby seems to be quite and when some other is carrying that baby, baby will cry (Feeling Insecure). When baby open its eyes, baby's brain begin to capture whatever it sees as images. These images will play main role that how baby's character gonna be in future. If you parents shout in front of that baby, it will learn to shout. If parents helps others in front of baby, it will learn to help. If parents smile and laugh in front of baby, it will learn to laugh and smile.

Children's brain is more powerful than adults brain. Do you know why? Its because Children's brain are having low thought process than adults. Adults have stress and depression over various things and its dynamic too. But children's are not like that. They have very little to think and have focused thought process. So once something is recorded in to its brain , its very hard to erase it.

How interests blooms in children brain?
Its very hard to believe that interests of the children not only belongs to environment that what we are forcing and also what your genes have in. This is where Heredity play a major role in dealing with it. To make a forceful interests over certainty will leads to inefficient in that ( Scientifically Proved ).

Steps to grow child as intelligent and good charactered personality:

•  Try to show lot of affection over children, especially people in Corporate industries.
•  Parents don't fight each other in front of children.
•  Please don't scold your children even though they do mistakes. There are lot of ways to correct mistakes
•  Try to take children to places where they can smell or feel difference.
•  Read books in front of them.
•  Please don't behave in a way that they don't like. Their mind is too soft. They can't face you when you are harsh

Where is your Creativity?

Human brain is actually storing tons and tons of data everyday. Whether knowingly or Unknowingly our brain is collecting huge amount of data as Visual, Auditory or Kinesthetic (Feel).Believe me or not our brain contains millions of Algorithms running here and there to Categorize all Pictures, Audio sense and Touch sense.You might be thinking why the hell i'm speaking all these nonsense stuffs to explain simple topic "Where is your Creativity?" Hold on.

Scenario: If you are concentrating over something, everything else will become out of scope. But do you think your brain is concentrating only there.Not Exactly. What ever you are missing consciously your Subconscious mind will be taken care of. Whatever your Sub conscious is Capturing it will become your Dream . Other way if you insist to Sub Conscious Consciously (trying to think over and over again to get something creative from your mind), then it will throw those data as part of your Creativity.

Creativity is something that we are utilizing various part of images or Sounds or Feelings stored inside our deep mind combined to form one complex Creative thought ( You wont be finding this definition in wikipedia any way ).

Are you really insisting to your subconscious. How many times in your life you have tried to hear or Visualize or Felt in extremely different way rather than actually it exist.
